E- TENDER FOR DISPOSAL OF DAMAGED WHEAT UNFIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION

E-tender no. 8th/2017-18

E-tenders under two bid system i.e. “Technical bid and Financial bid” are invited from parties registered with FCI/ Department of Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department, Punjab for disposal of 72714.26 MTs of damaged wheat unfit for human consumption declared fit for Feed Gr.I/ Feed Gr.II/ Feed Gr.III/ Industrial use / Manure and below D category as detailed in appendix ‘D’ attached, lying in the districts of Punjab which will be sold on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”.

Important Dates:
1) Sale of Bid documents starts from:                          17.06.2017 10:00 A.M.
2) Sale of Bid documents and submission
     of tender document close on:                                   02.07.2017 10:00 A.M.
3) Opening of Technical Bid:                                        03.07.2017 11:00 A.M.
4) Opening of Financial Bid:                                        10.07.2017 11:00 A.M.

     The detailed terms & conditions of the e-tender can also be seen at PAFC's website www.punjabagro.org.in.

           Technical bids and financial bids of the technically qualified bidders will be opened as per above schedule in the office of PAFC, Plot No. 2A, Sector- 28A, Chandigarh in the presence of tenderers who wish to be present. If the said date is declared to be a holiday, the tender shall be opened on the next working day.

           The tender form along with the other relevant documents may be downloaded from e-tendering website http.//etender.punjabgovt.gov.in on payment of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) per tender form (non-refundable). The cost of e-tender form and EMD is to be deposited through online mode only. For participating in the e-tender, the Tenderers shall have to get themselves registered with http.//etender.punjabgovt.gov.in and get user ID and password. Class 3 Digital signature certificate (DSC) is mandatory to participate in the e-tendering process.

           Government Departments / Agencies desirous of participating in this tender must be registered with FCI / Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department, Punjab. They must submit proof of having license for processing and manufacturing facilities for the category applied for as given at Point 12(i) of terms and conditions of the tender (appendix ‘B’). The format in which proof of eligibility is to be furnished by the State Government and its agencies is available at appendix ‘A’.
NOTE: The tender will be accepted through e-tendering only. Any addendum/corrigendum in the e-tender will be issued ONLINE ONLY on e-tender website & PAFC's website and will not be published in the print media.

E-TENDER FOR SUPPLY FOR ALUMINIUM PHOSPHIDE.

PAFC intends to purchase 24 MT Aluminium Phosphide conforming to BIS specifications for year 2017-18. The quantity may increase or decrease. The purchase will be in parts divided throughout the year as per requirement.
