A Taste Of The Future: Revolutionizing the food processing industry

With the notion of bringing a revolution in food processing, PAGREXCO is supplying superior quality processed fruits & vegetables to its clients. To promote agriculture and horticulture in the state by boosting the crop diversification programme, Punjab Agro Juices Ltd (PAJL) was merged with Punjab Agri Export Crop Ltd (PAGREXCO) in the year 2021.

What We Do

We produce quality aseptic bulk-packed fruit and vegetable juices, pulps, purees, pastes and concentrates. Our drive is to eliminate harmful preservatives and supplements from the market. We aim to supply products with up to 24 months of shelf life (under ambient conditions) without preservatives and cold storage.

Infrastructure & Innovation

We have set up state-of-the-art facilities equipped with machinery from CFT SPA Italy to process large quantities of fruits and vegetables.

Bulk Processing
  • The modern infrastructure can process up to 10 MT/hour of fruits and vegetables
  • We have two plants with cold storage and a deep freezer capacity of 1000 MT at each plant.
  • Both the plants have an in-built capacity of handling and processing a variety of F&V with the quick changeover from one fruit/vegetable to another, like Mango, Kinnow, Guava, Pear, Amla, Aloe vera, Tomato, Bitter gourd, Jamun etc.
  • Aseptic packaging of fruits and vegetable extracts ensures they are fresh throughout the process.
  • The processed products are preservatives free and have a shelf life of up to 24 months.
  • With a legacy in the business of processing, we turn processed products into final processed food like juices, jams, marmalades, ketchup, soup concentrate that can be packaged and sold by B2C companies.

Nano Nutraceuticals
GOI has jointly granted Punjabi University and PAGREXCO a patent for producing bioengineered nutraceuticals derived from Kinnow peel. The product can replace antibiotics in poultry feed.
Alcoholic Beverages

GOI has jointly granted Punjabi University and PAGREXCO a patent for producing bioengineered nutraceuticals derived from Kinnow peel. The product can replace antibiotics in poultry feed.

Green Initiatives

Considering the Environmental concerns and the current national/international focus on tapping energy from renewable sources, we have commissioned Solar power panels at both plants; the plant is designed to feed into the local load available at the factory.
